1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DED VPN ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trusting Computing LTD ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

DED VPN is a virtual private network (VPN) application that provides:

Encrypted internet connection
IP address masking and privacy protection
Secure browsing on public and private networks
Access to global server network
Traffic statistics and connection management

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DED VPN. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 13 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You will use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use DED VPN to:

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use DED VPN for:

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the service.

5. Free Service & Monetization

DED VPN is currently offered as a free service with the following model:

Unlimited bandwidth
Brief delay before connection (instead of ads)
Access to all server locations

We reserve the right to:

Introduce advertisements in the future
Offer premium subscription tiers
Modify the free tier features with reasonable notice

6. Account and Device

6.1 Device Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your device
All activities conducted through your installation of the App
Ensuring your device meets minimum system requirements

6.2 No Account Required

DED VPN does not require account creation for basic use. Any future account features will be governed by additional terms.

7. Service Availability

7.1 No Guarantee of Uptime

While we strive for maximum availability, we do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted access to the service
Error-free operation
Specific connection speeds
Availability of specific server locations

7.2 Maintenance and Updates

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of DED VPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

9.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove or alter any copyright notices
Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Security or privacy (beyond what is stated in our Privacy Policy)

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Trusting Computing LTD shall NOT be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or security breaches
Actions taken by third parties
Your misuse of the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (currently zero for free users).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trusting Computing LTD, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

13.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service:

For violation of these Terms
For illegal or abusive behavior
If required by law
At our sole discretion with or without notice

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

Updating the "Last updated" date
In-app notifications
Email (if we have your contact information)

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Changes to Service

Modify or discontinue any feature of the App
Change server locations or availability
Introduce new features or restrictions
Discontinue the service entirely (with reasonable notice)

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trusting Computing LTD regarding the use of DED VPN.
